Sashiko is a beautiful and simple style of Japanese hand embroidery. Leather sashiko thimbles are traditionally worn low on the middle finger and over the palm of your hand to help push the long sashiko needles through the fabric. The elastic cord makes the thimble adjustable to just about any finger size for comfortable wear.

This arrived very quickly. I am not unhappy with the product, I guess I don't know how to use it properly. I have never had a leather thimble before, and the sashiko I have done requires a more substantial thimble, but I will try it again with a different project.
