You know it’s a great fabric when your 3 boys, ages 6-2.5, who normally couldn’t care less about fabric, get really excited and say, “IT’S KITTY CATS PEAKING OUT OF RAINBOWS!” I’m trying to learn about different fabric types and have never worked with dobby before. It almost feels like a cross between quilting cotton and canvas, though much closer in weight and drape to quilting cotton. I’m a bit sensitive texture wise (I’ve always hated tags in clothing), so considering I’m making a dress with it I plan to use a lining. It’s not necessarily rough or scratchy, just not perfectly smooth and that’s something that would bother me throughout the day. Even so, I would still buy this fabric again!
I love this fabric so much I've purchased it twice. The first place I purchased from sold out. I was so excited to find it again here. I've made 7 facemasks for family members. They have informed me they get lots of compliments and inquiries on where they were purchased. I also made two yarn project bags from the fabric for a yearly knitting retreat.Love ,love, love so much I also purchased the red.
When I saw them I had to have them. The feel and texture of the fabric is phenomenal and I have added it to my boro style scarf! Will definitely be buying more fabric.
I jumped on this when I saw it in the email. So glad. This fabric is so darn cute! Masked up the entire family.
