I received them and can't wait to start the wedding gift I will be making with them.

The shine, sheen, and softness does not really show as well in the product pictures as in person.

The colors are deep and brilliant, even the more pastel shades.

This will be my kit for all future special gifts.

I was lucky enough to win this set during a wishlist Wednesday give away, and am just blown away by how beautiful these threads are! Started using them in some fabric collages I am making and they are strong, vibrant, and have a beautiful sheen. I stitch with 2 strands to achieve the thickness I want. These really are beautiful threads! The only “drawback” is when I use two strands they do tangle and knit a bit more readily than traditional cotton floss, but I shortened the length that I cut at a time and this has helped.

I mend a lot of clothes and like to have strong thread to work into my projects. This thread is so smooth… glides without being difficult. And the colors! Gorgeous. I have only used three colors so far and impatient for more holes. In the meantime I am going to work some into an embroidery project. Buy some… you shan’t be disappointed.

Excellent silk threads and the color families are incredible!
Sadly I had to return these because they were too fine for what I wanted to use them for.
