Returns & Refunds


Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage, and please be aware that the original shipping charges cannot be refunded.  It is highly recommended that you use a package tracking service when mailing back your returned items.

In special situations, a return may be accepted outside of the 14 day return window. If you believe you have exceptional circumstances warranting a late return please contact me. 

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact right away to arrange for an exchange with photos of the damaged product. Please do not return your item directly to the manufacturer. A new item will be shipped out to you immediately at no additional cost.

Once your returned item has been received, you will receive an email notification. Your refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued back onto your original method of payment.  Please be aware that credit cards can take a few days to process refunds, so the chargeback may not immediately appear on your online statement. If you have concerns about a refund not going through, please contact your credit card company or Paypal directly.
