The perfect tool for when you could use an extra hand! The third hand (Kakehari) gives fabric proper tension to work quickly and easily. It is useful for basting, binding, embroidery, piecing, patchwork, and Sashiko stitchwork.
:: Kakehari Tool and Clamp
:: Available as either the Kakehari and the Clamp sold separately or as a Set.
:: The clamp can be attached to any surface up to 1.9" thick to attach the cord of the Kakehari and anchor it.
:: Made in South Korea by Tulip Japan
Love this as an extra hand in my handicrafts.
I saw Claudia using this to help make braids for Sashiko threads. I have used it several times and love it! It really is like an extra hand to help out!
I will be using this to complete my Kantha quilt!
Been wanting this for a while but it was out of stock. So many uses. I find new ones everyday.
The Kai seam ripper and the Tulip Third Hand just saved me lots of time and tears. I stitched together a bunch of curved blocks for a Snake Trail quilt. Unfortunately I forgot to set my machine to 1/4 seam allowance. The combo of the seam ripper and the third hand helped me get the pieces back apart fairly quickly. I'm so happy with these items!
