Toyo Steel Company Ltd. was established in 1969 in Osaka, Japan as metal stamping service for the surrounding community. For decades now, Toyo Steel has produced high quality tool and utility boxes as well as other fine steel items for both home and professional use. Their unique process of deep drawing technology involves stamping and folding instead of cutting and seaming, which eliminates sharp edges and creates a more sturdy, lightweight structure.

The Toyo Steel T-190 Storage Box features a flat lid that is made a single piece of steel, which results in no sharp edges. The T-190 boxes can be stacked securely due to the negative / positive imprints on the top and underside. Use for art supplies, make-up, nail polish, teas, travel documents - the possibilities are endless. Perfect solution for organizing your craft supplies, embroidery floss or on the go stitching projects!

I love these little boxes!

This is my 6th T190 box. I keep individual projects in them…. And all kinds of other supplies. I like that they stack and come in fun colors. 🙂

Perfect for Projects

I like containers of various sizes and materials to store my many projects. When I spotted (no pun intended) the Toyo T-190 Indigo speckled storage box on the Snuggly Monkey website, I knew I had to have one. It’s a great size to hold needles, floss, and scissors. It is unique in that it has no sharp corners which one might expect with a metal storage box. The construction is truly a work of art with the boxes designed for stacking. When you are ready to gather your tools for the next project or those precious keepsakes, you will not be disappointed with this lovely storage box!

Ready, set, stitch!
