Welcome to the Learning Lab! The Snuggly Monkey Learning Lab is a virtual meeting space for our maker community to come together and share tips, tricks and inspiration. Each month shop owner, Claudia Martinez, will lead a discussion on a different topic and provide product demonstrations and project inspiration. Community members are welcome to share their own expertise on the topic and questions are encouraged. Join us for an opportunity to connect and learn with makers from around the world!
The February Learning Lab session will be all about Scissors. We will talk about embroidery scissors, thread snips, tailor scissors, pinking shears and more. When is the best time to use a micro serrated blade scissor? Thread snips or embroidery scissors? Claudia will share her extensive scissor collection and tips on when you might want to use one type of scissor over another.
