The BEST bobbins available!

Truly the very best bobbins for embroiders! No snags on the floss and so easy to keep the names and numbers straight with the little spot for the tag. I'm so glad that you all carry these bobbins.

Fantastic Bobbins

I absolutely love these bobbins! They are so much stronger than the cardboard ones and unlike other plastic bobbins, the slit to hold the tail of the thread actually keeps it in place. The tab on the side that allows one to put the wrapper label on the bobbin is very helpful, though now that DMC has plastic labels instead of paper those don’t stay in place well. The off center hole on that same tab allows one to loop cut strands there to keep them with the rest of the skein. If, like me, you use a label maker to label your bobbins with the appropriate numbers, you will find that they fit perfectly and stay on. There are other acrylic bobbins that can be purchased that are equally effective, but other than being much more expensive and thicker, I see no reason to spend more on those when you can purchase these and have lots of cash leftover to buy more thread, fabric, needles, patterns, and other goodies.

Best bobbins for me

These are great “plain old” bobbins. They hold the thread tightly and the slit for the ends is the perfect size for floss. The best part for me is the horizontal slit on the top that enables you to slide the color number from the floss package on the bobbin.

Bobbins

I love that these are tight enough to hold the end of the thread to keep it from unraveling!! I've been looking for something like this forever!
