There may be isolated instances where specific elements outside of our direct control do not fully meet WCAG requirements. We routinely monitor these extensions and advocate for accessibility updates from our technical vendors. We are actively working to identify and remediate any such barriers. In the meantime:
  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible. Contact us if you need them in an alternate format.
  • Third-party video players may occasionally lack closed captions.
