Large Solutions Perle Cotton Storage Box

My favorite box for both perle and floss! It's the same size as a popular fishing-tackle box, but since the latches take up less interior space, the perle fits better.

I also prefer this size for floss on Yarn Tree bobbins, as I like to arrange the bobbins along rows and divide by project or thread style. And since the rows are a touch wider than the bobbins, it's easy to insert and remove them. (The rows in the floss finder box are too narrow for the bobbins to fit this way, and the fit front-to-back is fairly precise.)

This is so much better than storing my perle cottons in a bag. They will not constantly come unwound, and the dividers help keep the spools from rolling around 8n a partially filled row. I'm very happy I got this! 😀

I was very happy to see these offered by Snuggly Monkey. I ordered 3 and was thrilled to get my 8 wt. perle cotton balls out of zip-loc bags and into the boxes. Now I can see all of the colors easily, and the balls of perle cotton will no longer unwind and get mixed up with each other. I'm planning to get another one or two for my other sizes of perle cotton.
