Kiriki Press solid body needle threaders are as sturdy & functional as they are beautiful. Made from Canadian Stainless Steel, the thread hook is made to withstand repeated use. The Classic threader is made to be used with needles size 9 or higher and can be used with anywhere from 2-6 strands of standard embroidery floss or perle cotton thread.PRODUCT DETAILS:
After eye surgery I was struggling to try to thread my needle. Now I don't have a problem. This needle threader is large enough for me to see and is sturdy enough to last.
I love the design of this threader! It’s great for most needle sizes but a tad too big for the smaller eyes. It’s very well made item and works great!
This is seriously the best needle threader available! I have all styles (gotta have extras!) with the floral one being my favorite. No more fiddling with those wire ones and having them constantly breaking on you!
I was worried the Flower threader wouldn't be as strong as the more "solid" designs of the rabbit and bear, but the beauty of the flowers won me over - PLUS I was wrong. The Body and the threader are very strong. I have to be careful to not twist the hook when pulling through my needle. I have found it is best to put the hook part of the threader in the needle downward. It pulls through straighter for me. I think I must twist my wrist when I put the hook upward. I will buy it again if I loose it, because it's not going to break. The ONLY downfall is it doesn't stick to a magnet.
After having broken a couple of threaders while trying to thread my needle for sashiko -- a heavier thread for those unfamiliar -- I picked up this adorable bear threader thinking it looked a bit heavier-duty than the other threaders I had been using. SO glad I did!! This little number is much sturdier than those super thin metals that other threaders have -- you know, those thin, diamond-shaped, metal pieces? So flimsy compared to this! I've recently gotten hooked on sashiko panels and Cosmo's thread for sashiko, this threader worked so very well. Haven't yet tried it with Olympus thread but I'm hopeful it will be as successful. I plan on purchasing the other two designs, that's how much I liked using this. Definitely worth the slightly higher price.
