How To Use:

Tear or cut off at least 8-10 inches or more of Thimble Tape, depending on the amount of protection you need.
Wrap tightly and then squeeze to mold around your finger for a perfect and comfortable fit that you can remove and re-use until it wears down.

Why didn’t I know about this?!

Versatile addition to my thimble collection. The sunshine yellow makes me happy. I might neeeeed the neon flamingo pink too. 🙈

Thimtec Thimble Tape

I wanted to share how much I'm enjoying using this tape for my sewing projects. I often have trouble keeping a thimble on my finger, but this tape is a great solution. It's reusable and provides a really good grip, which is something I can't achieve with a regular thimble.

Works great!

This is much easier for me to use than a thimble. Besides being flexible, I can get the right fit for me. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that a couple of times the ends have curled in when I've tried putting it back on after taking it off. I've then just "remade" a new one. This is most likely user error, however. I do love this product and will purchase more as needed.

The best upgrade to thimbles, EVER!

Love, love, love this thimble tape!! Thimbles (traditionally) are one size fits all and they are always bulky and a nuisance to wear and keep on and most likely it still won’t protect the places on your fingers that are getting rubbed! This tape allows you to place it exactly over the spots of wear on your fingers, it’s not loose and only as tight as you want it to be, it won’t fall off until you take it off! I have tried so many different types of thimbles and this is the first time I bought something I have actually used in stitching regularly! Highly recommend!
