Meditative back stitch exercise

This is a great kit with high quality materials. The cotton the pattern is printed on is a tiny bit stretchy, so it gets uber tight in the hoop - very satisfying!
Because this pattern uses backstitch for almost the entire thing, stitched with just 1 strand of floss, it takes awhile but is not difficult; it's a pretty meditative process.
I am stitching this for my daughter's birthday as she lives in Amsterdam and knows this row of houses. When I visit her next, I plan to walk by this beautiful scene in person! This is a fun scene to stitch and has helped me with my needle precision and the practice of sometimes taking tiny stitches.
