Milliner needles are most commonly used for basting and millinery work. They are ideal for bullion and french knots in hand embroidery because the eye is the same width as the needle shaft making it easier to pull knots through.  Bohin needles go through a 27 step process and are checked by hand to guarantee exceptional quality.

Needles. Needles, Needles

These were purchased specifically for Kantha style quilt stitching. The length is good and they are sharp. I would prefer a thinner needle but I’m sure it may be a personal preference. I go round and round with needles.
