We are searching for a part-time shop assistant to help out with all aspects of running a busy online store. The shop assistant’s primary responsibilities include pulling and packing online orders carefully and accurately, putting away new inventory, cutting fabric, assembling kits and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate …

• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Can work independently 

• Can lift up to 35 lbs without assistance

• Is comfortable working with Mac computers and open to learning our inventory management & shipping software

• Has experience using a rotary cutter to cut fabric accurately

• Has a willingness to learn about all the supplies we sell in order to better assist our customers on their creative journeys

We offer …

• 15-20 hours per week 

• Flexible daytime hours M-F (school drop-off/pick-up friendly), 

• Starting salary $15-17/hr commensurate with experience
