Thread Magic Thread Conditioner

In reading other reviews, it makes sense that this conditioner/gloss works better on static-prone threads like metallic/embroidery threads. It's a lovely gloss, but for Sashiko thread, if I use it on anything other than "thin" thread, it almost gets juicy/too moist on the thread. I'm just making that comparison because I've normally used a beeswax-based thread gloss, and I'd say that sits more "on top of" the thread whereas the ThreadMagic gloss almost "soaks in" to the thread...if that's possible. ALL THAT TO SAY, I'll be sticking to my beeswax glosses for Sashiko, but I'll keep the ThreadMagic in my stash for those special and fussy thread applications. (If you're someone who does a lot with metallic, non-absorbent threads, this is perfect.)

This is amazing for sparklr thread. I'm doing several Mirabella, lavender and lace, and Bella fillapina projects. Lifesaver for these.

Metallic threads still aren't my favorite, but this handy conditioner is a huge help. Makes threading needles easier, and seems to "relax" threads so they aren't as prone to twisting and tangling.

Bought this for my mom who was struggling with Krenik blending filament on a cross-stitch piece. She reports that it helped a lot!
